These terms apply to enquiries and project discussions with Dabe Customize Wood Works. Project-specific quotations or written agreements will take priority where they differ.

The practical principles that guide quotations, approvals, custom making, payments, delivery and care.
Quotations and approval
Prices, materials, dimensions, timelines and installation requirements will be confirmed in a quotation. Work begins after the client approves the scope and any agreed advance payment is received.
Custom work and variations
Because every piece is custom, natural grain, shade and pattern will vary. Changes requested after approval may affect cost and completion time.
Payments and cancellation
Payment stages and accepted methods will be stated in the quotation. Costs already incurred for design, materials or labour may be retained if a custom order is cancelled.
Delivery and installation
Delivery dates are estimates unless stated otherwise. The client must provide safe access, accurate site information and suitable conditions for installation.
Care and responsibility
Wood responds naturally to humidity, sunlight and use. Care instructions should be followed. Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable conditions or third-party alteration is not covered.
